I don't know if there is a best, it all depends on what you're after and what your budget is.

 

There are a ton of threads on tuning options and handheld options, search around and do so reading and you'll come to a conclusion you're happy with.

Check out autoanything.com. They have frequent sales so I got mine for like $50 off. So around $320 and free overnight shipping. I ordered it late Thursday night, around 6PM, and it beat me home the next day when I arrived at Noon!

I've done a lot of research and have found that a Diablo inTune with a custom tune by Diablew has proven benefits.

'Lew' or Lewis Eaton, has amazing customer service. I just ordered a package deal Diablo inTune with a personalized custom tune from him. The handheld inTune will arrive Wednesday. I'll hook up to my PC to get all the required updates loaded, then connect to my 2014 Sierra to get a log. Will send that to him by email, and he'll use it to build my personalized custom tune to load.

 

I'll post more in a week or so once I get this set up. I'll try to remember to take pics and notes as I proceed along so I can post a 'how to' & the results. I will recommend going to his website and reading it. Great info.
