Duck farts, I can't do that. It looks great, but for some reason I can't put tape on the truck.

 

^I'm with you on that. I went with the Xpel clear film, 10yr warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, etc. $100 installed from one of their certified installers and he came to my house.

 

 

 

why? I've done it with many of my cars...it's not easy to get off but it def. comes off without damaging the paint...not to mention, IT'S ON THERE! it's ain't coming off unless you want it to. So I guess my point is if it did start to come off, it's going to be years from now and if it did start to come off, then it would be that much easier to remove and most likely less likely to damage your paint...even though I don't think it would.

 

I cant get myself to put 3M tape on my hood either...

thanks...I just rubbed it enough so the texture of the actual chevy bow tie came through the vinyl. I actually need to do it over...you can't tell in picture but I had to patch it in one spot so it doesn't look great close up.

I hated the blacked out grill as well and yes I use Ams oils only 2k miles on her so far took a road trip up north no issues road like factory.

Nice choice in the grill. When I saw that one I had to have it. I could not find the exact truck I wanted so I ordered one the way I wanted. Brownstone Z71 LTZ CC with coco dune interior. Love everything about my 15.
