I run K02's as well.

285/65/18 +18 wheel offset. No rubbing, no trimming necessary. My truck has a 2" level.

I had this setup right when I picked it up from the dealer so I don't have stock wheels and tires to compare to, but my mileage is atrocious.

15mpg highway and I'm lucky if I get 12mpg in the city.

I don't drive overly fast either.

are you down on cylinders or something? i have 18x9's with 275 70 18's which is like .4" taller than yours which is almost nothing. I easily get 15 mpg in they city and usually get around 18 on the highway (hill country in Texas) However I have gotten 20 mpg once on the highway.

When I had my stock tires / wheels I was getting 16 - 17 in the city and never really went on a highway trip without a trailer so I have no numbers to compare. I did see a MPG loss and it was 1-2 mpg across the whole board.

If you really are getting 12 mpg in the city either you have an engine / fuel problem or have a lead foot.

I like the way the Toyo AT 2's look as well but believe they are quite heavy.

The AT2s are 43 lbs for 275-60-20. If you go up to the AT2 Etremes - 60 lbs

I have bested 23.5 mpg out of my Sierra on stock tires. But I am averaging 17 to 18 pretty consistently. Looking to do the KO2s in the future.
