Range Technology - How Can I Get a Response?

Hi Guys

 

I have a Range Technology AFM device, and I'm trying to figure out what software version I currently have by the serial number. I've tried calling, emailing, and live chatting with Range the last two days, and no one ever responds or answers the phones. Does anyone on here have any connections to Range, or have a better way of contacting them? I'm not getting a warm and fuzzy feeling if you know what I mean.

Yup, np. They've been swamped, so the replies have been slow.....but they come eventually. You can also open a support ticket on their site.

Caitie responded almost immediately. She mentioned that they had been having internet issues on and off this week, so that may explain the lack of email response.
