Cam question

I have a 06 GMC Sierra with the L33 5.3 and am looking for a cam that will give me more power as well as a better sound. It has 133xxx miles on it. What cams have yall put in your trucks to achieve this goal?

Just from what I've read on here, a fare majority have tuned their engines vs replacing hard parts. If you did proceed with the cam change I'd think you would have to retune either way. You can check out Black Bear Performance, they are a vendor here.
