Strange thing happen...

Last week I was driving 1998 Blazer and something strange happened. I pulled over to get something and when I tried to start the Blazer again the "Check Guages" light came on and it would not start. It was in park and everything. After a few tries it did start...but made me wonder about what was up w/ the truck. Anyone else have this problem?

Seriously, who carried the keys. Does it have VATS (chip/diode in the key)I have seen Several VATS style keys ruined by carrying them in pockets on the farm. (hot, sweaty, etc.)

It isn't one of the chip keys...it is too small to be. The Blazer is used primarily as a work truck, so if it did have chip keys, it would not be suprising if they were damaged.

LOL reminds me of rural Louisiana rules, been driving 4x4 pickups and dump trucks since I was 10. Most kids start off with go karts and bikes. I started off with farm equipment, big rigs, and then went to cars and trucks lol.
