15 Silverado LT Double Cab Passenger Front Seat BACK Squeak

15 Silverado LT Double Cab has a loud squeak coming from the passenger side front seat back when there is no passenger. If I put a little pressure on the seat back, the squeak stops. Anyone else run into this? It is not the seat part like on other threads I have seen. Here is a link to a video of it.

Did you ever figure out how to stop the squeak? I have the same issue on my 15 Lt dbl cab.
