Granted, I'm measuring this with the supplied washers but is everyone really getting 2.5 inches out of this kit? I don't see how

Top spacer is only 1 inch thick

Bottom is about 1/3 of an inch

Keep in mind where the 1" spacer is mounts on the lower control arm, it's not on the very end but where the strut mounts. There is a multiplication factor depending on the distance.

1" block causes both sides to move one inch. So you indeed gain 2" full inches from the bottom spacer. Then adding the .25" spacer on top of the strut gives you the other .5". End result equals 2.5" of total lift in front. I use to have the RCX 2.5" on my truck and it did indeed give the advertised lift.

Short answer- Yes.

As stated above, the geometry of a suspension system multiplies the effect of the spacers making the lower space equal 2 inches of lift and the upper spacer equal another 1/2 inch of lift.

A true 2 inch lower spacer would actually be closer to a 4 inch lift (and would also destroy your ball joints and CV's).
