I'm running 285/65R18 BFG AT KO's on stock ride height and stock wheels.

I went with 2.5 level and 285/65/18 to be safe but the tire shop messed up and ordered +1 offset, but I think it looks awesome. It sometimes rubs on the mudflaps when I turn but barely noticeable. I'd think a 295 would fit on a +20, might rub the mudflaps if you have thick mudflaps like me.

That's odd that your 285/65 rubbed with a level. They work without a level. Must be some THICK mudflaps.

 

I took a step closer to some 295/65R18 Duratracs today. Sams has the lowest prices at $305 plus $60 off a set. My dealer will match that plus I get the $100 debit card if I buy them through the dealer. That gets me down to $265 a tire. They want $25 to mount and road force balance. I've got until 30 April to make my decision!!
