Yes. Early production, fuse F9DL in the driver side interior fuse panel. Late production, fuse F46DR in right the right side interior fuse panel. What constitutes early or late? Don't know.

You only need one resistor per led bulb not two one side of it to the positive wire and one to the negative. There is no reason whatsoever to put two resistors per bulb.
