Disabling traction/stability control?

Wondering if there is any way to temporarily disable the traction and stability control? I know aside from being in 4Lo even if you turn traction control off it will come back on over a certain (very low) speed. Really makes it hard to have any fun in a snow-covered parking lot when the system engages half way through a drift and totally overcorrects itself. Great system for everyday driving but I'd like to have the option.

Hold the button for 7 seconds. Automatically turns back on over 35mph.

I entertained the idea of disconnecting the yaw sensor, but apparently it's now an integral part of the SRS module or some other module (can't remember exactly). So, another option in removing a part of the equation in stability control is to disconnect steering wheel angle sensor (put its circuit through a toggle switch). The output of this sensor is not used by the ABS system. I have not tried this, but the theory is sound.

You know I have driven like a jackass with my 2015 6.2 double cab and have yet to have traction control intervene..... I always do the push and hold at startup. I am so used to my F150's that even when you push and held it kicked in anyway all the time it's numbed my senses. Hell this Silverado can do a brakestand stock..... the Ford's I had can't because you can't apply the brake and throttle in those trucks simulataneously ( at least all the 6.2 F150's you can't). I will see how this Chev fairs come winter.....

at what speed does the traction control work, any type of moisture on the road and my rear wheels are spinning. on purpose I punched it today and almost spun it around in a circle

Mine stays on over 35 mph. Spun in circles last night, was able to get up to 55 mph and then do it again. (Do not attempt, professional driver on closed track).
