Hey guys

While doing intake gaskets my neighbor saw some oil on my intake gaskets and suggested changing my Pcv. Pulled my old Pcv out of the truck and sure enough it was caked in oil.

Today I went to the dearship and asked for the new fixed valve part number 12572717

He said they don't have that part anymore as it has been replaced with number 12574660

I put the 660 valve and hose into truck and it idled like shit. Sounded like the thing had a cam in it and was missing in half the cylinders.

Got any thoughts??

Thanks!

Jeff

Hey thanks for the pet numbers!

Shouldn't I be looking at adding the fixed orafice updated Pcv though?
