the problem is when i go any were the engine stop for no reason and when i start the engine its barely start with a lot of black smoke from the Exhaust and after about 10 Seconds the tbi injector stop Pumping

i've clean the distributor and change coils with spark plugs with coolant temperature sensor and nothing has change the same problem is there

and sorry for my bad language i'm from middle east

Replace the air filter if you haven't already.

I think there is a flexible metal tube that runs from the exhaust manifold up to the intake of the air cleaner housing. It operates a door that changes the air/fuel ratio during warmup. If this house is broken or disconnected it can cause the engine to run poorly.

The car now can't start if i let the intake in

I have to remove it and put fuel in throttle body then car start and the injectors start pumping it take about 10 seconds and the injcteros stop pumping then the engine stops I've found a house broken and i change it but nothing has changed

I think the car Computer give order to injcteros to stop pumping

I don't know why he do it

Last question i have bought dod 1 to dod 2 cable he should works right?

Do you still have the old spark plugs? If so could you post a picture of a couple of them?

I think i have it i will search in the car if i find it i will take a picture

If the check engine light is not on their might not be a code for the scanner to read.

Check the fuel pressure at the throttle body. It sounds like your fuel pump might be failing.

Try turning the key to on/run position for a few seconds to let the fuel pump charge the fuel lines then turn the key off. You should hear the pump turn on for a few seconds and then shut off. Do this a few times without trying to start or crank the engine. If the fuel pump is weak this may give enough pressure for the truck to start normally.

there is a check engine light flashing one time fast when the engine wants to stop

it do it one time fast and the engine immediately stops

today i've test obd 1 to obd 2 cable and Unfortunately didn't connected with obd scanner

about the fuel pump i have check it and it is all good no problem with it

so the last solution I'm thinking about it is to Replace the distributor

the bad news is in Middle east it's hard to find original parts for this model

so I'm thinking about order aftermarket performance distributor

what do you think about msd distributor is it better then the stock distributor ? and should i change the coils with it ?

Take a look at the distributor and plug wires. You can see if the plugs are firing by removing one from the engine block plugging it back in the plug wire and holding it to the exhaust manifold. Have someone try and start the truck and you should see a blue spark. If it's a yellow spark or none at all it's an ignition problem.

I would try testing the coils before replacing them. If there is another truck that is similar to yours and is running you could trade coils to see if that fixes it.

When you remove the distributor cap if there is corrosion inside or the rotor looks burned or corroded that is likely the problem.

MSD makes good ignition products. However, they are usually much more expensive than stock parts.

Car collector's in my area love the older model carb engine

I didn't see anyone around me have the tbi engine model

That is the problem

Even in junk yards i can't find parts for tbi engine models

I will do what you say and i will see if the problem in distributor

If the parts are more available for carb engines you could switch over your engine to a carburetor. I had a friend do that and it worked well. He used an MSD ignition and control module to do

I found one car parts shop has the last distributor with coils in the stock

I think i will take it

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? That would cause it to run poorly and probably shut off

can you Show me where is this vacuum hose Please ?

i've test the plug wires in the engine block just like what you say

and i start the truck the plug firing a yellow spark !

should i change the coils only or distributor with it ?

thanks for helping
