2014 gmc sierra cutting off while driving

My 2014 Sierra is doing the same. The dealership performed the power steering recall, but they said its more than that causing my stabilitrak, powerstearing, AC, headlights to all turn off. They said its my negative power cable? How does this go bad?

They are full of shit, sounds like the G218 ground. Search should turn up tons of results. Here's a video of the fix:

This morning while driving to the dump my headlights started to flicker and three separate times all my electrical systems cut out completely (70mph).

I spent a few hours today stepping through all of the various grounds and was getting ready to pull my hair out when I came across this thread/video.

 

Sure enough I took apart my dash and that ground on the driver side was loose.
