Inside temps acting crazy

When I'm on the highway and have the temp set to 75 it seams hot I slowly turn it down and end up on 65 and still no change so I put it on low and then it get cool or cold then I have to start going back up with it to warm it up again this is with the fan off and say 50 outside temp does any one else noticed this before I could always just set the knob ( thermostat ) in outhe trucks and it would be fine no issues with it not regulating with out the fan on

Perhaps it is the temperature mixing door is defective and the motor that adjusts it is weak and can't regulate the temp properly. Kind of like a power window that goes down fast but takes forever to go back up

Id like to hear more feedback on this as well. The temp adjustment doesn't seem to have any finesse. For me, setting at 72 or higher is the same as HI (full heat). Then I could turn down to 69, and no change. Change to 68, now I'm at the same as LO (full cold). Doesn't seem to work very well.

While not as bad as you guys, I too have noticed the temp settings in these trucks can act weird at times. I can have it at 70 and i feels the same as 74, so I set it to 69 and it's quite a bit cooler, but no like Lo cold. And to me, it seems like it changes every day. One day 72 is perfectly fine and the next it's way too warm. It can be very frustrating at times.

I can't really take mine in for them to check it out because I have basically been unofficially banned from my dealer because all the trouble I have had with the truck and the dealer and apparently my warnty has be void due to a leveling kit imo to get ride of a problem ( the truck ) so if any one takes it in to the dealer let us know what the outcome is

That is strange. Lately I've noticed auto set at 72 never seems to get warm where a month ago it felt nice and toasty.
