33" tire with 4.10 gears

I saw the other thread where people suggested 4.10 with 35s and a lift, but what what are your thoughts on 4.10 with 33's on a leveled truck? Does anyone think the 4.10s might be too much?

 

Going from 3.08 with 33's to 4.10, how quickly would I need to re-tune? Would it ruin the tranny rolling around with 4.10 gears on a 3.08 tune?

 

Also, is there any potential for problems with the rear end housing/axles or driveshaft?

I think 4.10s would be perfect with 33's. You would need a tune though

I will ve upgrading to 4.10s and have 33s currently but will be getting 35s once i lift it more.

 

You will be fine on the tune fir a while.... Your spedo will be way off so that is why you need a re tune
