4.5inch BDS Lift Kit vs ICON Kit

Was interested in running a 4.5 to 6 inch lift just wondering if anyone is running one and what y'all think about them...which y'all recommend?

 

It would be put on a 2015 Sierra 2500 Denali Duramax

I was afraid you were going to say that, you will find 35's with anything over a 4in. lift will make the tires look tiny and you will wish you had a smaller lift or much bigger tires.

 

I would recommend a Cognito 4in. lift set at 3.75in. using a 1in. tall rear block with your wheel and tire package. This would give you the perfect stance.

 

Not all lifts are created equal and actual heights gained vary such as the Rancho 4in. lifts that gains 5.5in., find lots of pictures and write-ups and look at CV angles as some lifts have you cranked way to tall, you want near level CV and ball joint angles.

Hello, as i am doing a lot of research on 4" lifts, does the Cognito lift expand the front track width at all? Thank you very much.

sorry guys, just looked and Cognito does not make a 4" lift for the 2015 1500 4x4.

I was considering ICON ad BDS too before I lifted my truck, both have positive reviews. Personally, I chose Cognito based on feedback from a ton of people. I am a customer for life.
