It cracks me up when people want more power but don't want to pay 30 cents more for fuel. Good tune on 91 will feel like 40 hp.

You're asking about "converting" an engine but can't expense 91 octane? What a joke.

What a Joke ?....It was just a question. The price of fuel will rise, unless you're one of those people that can't think that far ahead. The cost of a possible engine mod / switch is a set price.

..........like those who need to have the 6.2L engines but refuse to use the proper octane fuel because it's $.05 more expensive so they use 87 octane jeopardizing destroying the engine.

you could pick up 40 fwhp on 87 octane with bolt ons.

direct injection will use different heads intake injectors ecm harness just to name some it.

Gt45 turbo from ebay, FMIC from ebay, swap your manifolds to the other side of the motor so they are up and forward, 80lbs injectors, and a tune will net you about 200rwhp on 15lbs boost.
