Part numbers for console buttons

Can anyone point out the part numbers or names of the buttons below the radio? My truck has 4 buttons, but only the 2 middle ones are used for cargo bed lights and to toggle traction control. I'd like to get some stock buttons for the other 2 placeholder ones which I assume hold switches for functions on models with more features so I can use them for mods and keep my stock look.

Buttons are part of the whole switch set. They do have a switch bank available with 4 aux toggles in it. http://gmupfitter.com/files/media/photo/639/UI%20Bulletin_110j.pdf
