Adding rear lights on 2016 2500 for reverse and cargo

I traded up to a 16 2500 duramax from a 15 1500. On the 1500 I added aux led lights at bottom rear of truck for reverse/ cargo lighting using helpful info from several postings. Since I kept them I was wanting to reuse them on the 2500 the same way but the wiring looks a little different. The Color Is Similar but the 1500 had a module looking box and the 2500 doesn't -just wiring. I assume same connection setup will work. Any ideas ? I spent some time digging through the forums but nothing on 2500.
