2016 Silverado Headlight Bulb

I've looked in my manual, searched online, search button here and I can't find what size the headlight bulbs are in my 16 Silverado. Would appreciate any help.

16's come with HID. Cause mine does.. no light bulb to change out. Are you planning to switch out the HID?

I can't find a trade number listed other than the GM part number for the factory HID bulb. If you have an LTZ or higher, you are talking LED at that point.

Yes HID and yes there is a bulb just obviously not a typical "bulb" if you will.

Do they have a bulb size? Or some type of number?

should be a D5S, if you pull the cap off of the back of the headlight it says the style on the back of the bulb

Ah, okay. I was about to ask what you had planned, the 2016 headlights are the best in its class in my opinion. Better than the fords and Dodge light output.
