Citation Jet, it's operated by Delta(yes that Delta) Private Jets. This CJ was flying and the thrust reverser buckets self deployed in flight. Turns out they hit turbulence and the brackets holding it in place broke, causing the TR's to deploy. It was grounded on our ramp for a month or so. Cessna came out a few times to evaluate the airplane and they had a mobile service tech fix it.
