2015 Silverado: Wanting to swap low beams and high beams

I've put a leveling kit and the morimoto fxr HID kit on my truck. I love the lighting but the leveling kit shoots em a bit high. Anyone have any luck moving the low beams down to the high beam spot and vice versa? If so, what do I need?

There's an adjustment screw under the hood. It'll move that housing that your projector is attached to. Couple turns with a Phillips screwdriver and you'll be good.

Sorry, i have been busy working and haven't had time to reply. Haha, yes I had them adjusted down so to not blind people etc. With leveling kit though I lose distance on the hids due to the cutoff. So what I'm wanting to do is move the lows to the lower section (currently the highs) and vice versus. This would allow me to bring the lows back up due to being physically mounted a few inches lower so I can see further. I feel like the lights are pointing too much at an angle downwards currently and lose distance. Not sure if this makes sense, let me know and maybe figure out how to upload a drawing or something.

So basically raising the truck up in the front causes me to lower the lights to keep from blinding people. Doing that cuts down on the light throw, looking to lower the position and bring thr light back up for distance but also keep light from blinding from the rear.

Short answer- no you can't do it. The entire chrome reflector housing is on piece I side the headlight. I less you throw in another projector on the bottom .

Yea, was figuring that would need swapped out. Was just hoping someone had done it and had it all worked out and could follow a guide. I could of swore I read about it on this forum..... Back to the drawing board.... Thank you for your reply.

I think you're missing the point here. I leveled my truck 2" so the low beams are now pointing 2" up on the same 25' wall distance. I adjusted my headlights down 2" to compensate for the lift and now it's all good to go.

Raise front up 2" = lower beam cutoff 2"

You're still pointing the light at a downward angle due to being 2" higher. Which cuts down on distance the light is projected out. (unless you don't care about blinding people). I can see great up until that projector cut off hits it's maximum..... If you can lower the lights physically down, then adjust the cutoff back up, you can see further distance and still below the cutoff of blinding people.

Lower truck back down then. Problem solved since lighting is more of a concern. It's not like you're losing 20' of visibility.

Thanks for your reply, was a simple inquiry about if anyone has swapped them down (you lose more than 20ft of light if you do the math). Taking the leveling kit off is not a fix to what I'm asking. Clearly Noone has done it yet or just not posted it. I found a post about an older model but housings won't work for me.
