Yes, I know, the dealership has been great, not on my list of bad faith. Yes, Kim is a great help. I do not want to have the truck sitting at my house. I have had an offer that was not favorable and I know it is a standard equation minus miles driven. I should be about even now with GM. I have called the finance company and they referred me back to Justin Radinski at GM's resolution center. He has not got back to me in almost two months.

Call the GM customer service number, speak to the first front line (no help at all), and demand to speak to a supervisor, you will not hold, or have someone call you back, be very frim, I have had two trucks repurchased back from GM.

When a supervisor comes on, let them know how unresponsive Justin is being, and that you no longer will deal with him, you want a new person, or better yet, the supervisor now helping you can take over the claim.

You are looking for resolution, and are "thinking" of jumping brands (know that you already did, they don't), but you would like to give GM a chance to make this right.

Good to hear Kim is involved, It's all Good Man!

I have purposely sent him three emails a week as a paper trail, on most, I make sure the reference# is included. He knows I'm here, he is just not doing anything. I keep paying on the truck because I don't want my great credit ruined.

Thanks,

it's all good man

BTW, I had purchased 6 brand new Chevy/GMC vehicles since 2008. I no longer want a Chevy.

Check with the dealer where is at now, see if they will buy it outright from you, they know your situation well by now.

Sorry for the thread jack.

This is an interesting topic, we do not have Lemon Laws up here.
If a vehicle is bought back under the Lemon Law, is it fixed and re-sold?  Is it titled as a Lemon?

Yes and yes, it has to be disclosed (in most cases) at time of selling, not sure if it shows up on the title of car or not, but I think it does.
