16 Sierra Denali..Can Air Bags be added?

I ordered an Air Lift 5000 system and dropped the truck off for installation. They called back and said after further research, an air bag system will not work with a Denali and MRC. Does this sound right? Has anyone found another option to boost the rear when a trailer is attached? The shop said the system is already air assisted?

It's not air assisted but it does have the Magna-Ride system that automatically adjusts the shocks based on road conditions, although that won't help with towing. The reason you can't run air bags is because it will probably throw off the Magna-Ride and cause DTC's. Maybe a helper spring like the SuperSpring will work? They don't affect the suspension until a load is applied.

Yeah, there's no lifts or bags compatible yet. That's why I'm sitting on my 2014. I want my truck lifted. Might just have to go with an All Terrain model instead.
