Custom sub box

After a while of researching and looking upnideas i decided to build my box. Couldnt get what i wanted so decided to give it a try. Almost done.

 

First attempt at this. Gonna be down firing subs.

Nice job kerfing the corners this will look so much better than 90° angles.

 

I was disappointed there is nothing out there with a single 10" in one half and storage in the other, that is what I plan to build.

Thanks, Take ur time on the kerfs, should have grouped them.close together. Also my neighbor said i should have wet it and bent it as opposed to kerfing.

On solid wood, sure. On MDF, not a chance.

Debating if i should 2 tone leather to match interior or just carpet it the same color as the carper

Hopefully it sounds good. I went from 1.25 to .85 in my last box and it choked the sub. It wasn't loud at all.

Each chamber on my box has roughly 54cb ft per side for a total of 108 for 2

Ran into a fitmint issue, because box was deep i hit the hump towards the back. Little cutting and glueing all done. One glue dries and i clean it up i will test fit again.
