Installing 2016 OEM LED headlights on a 2016 GMC Sierra

Hey guys,

Does anyone know if it's possible to put the LED headlights that 2016 SLT's/ Denali's get on a 2016 Sierra? I would think that it's possible but I don't know for sure. My truck has the standard headlights

Any info would be greatly appreciated

Yes you can. Few folks have done this already.

U can buy the headlights and special harness fron gen5diy...they dont have the package on their website but u can contact Jared by calling directly.

Fyi...headlights are pricey and hard to find other than gm dealer....I am still tryin to source a driver side in good condition.

Welcome, thank you for the info. I wanted to let you guys know that there is a company that just came out with the d5s led bulb. 

The company is DDM TUNNIG. its a 50w, 3k or 6k color option. With 10k lumens. 

 

I have used DDM for years for HID bulbs. 

I am ordering mine tomorrow.

LED bulbs really dont work well in housing not specifically designed for them.. a 50W hid will output more light.. Highly doubt they put out 10k lumens to the road..
