I like it! Why the decision for 17s? I've noticed folks doing that now. I stuck to 18s on mine instead of going to 20s.

I think the 17's are a good mix of rim vs tire size.

Quick question about your light bar. I installed one and now I feel like i get a lot of wind noise, like the windows are down just a bit. Do you experience this at all? Anyone have any tips to fix it?

I get the same thing but only hear it if windows are up and radio is off. I was warned ahead of time but my installer and a few threads online. Doesn't bother me much because my radio is on all the time.

 

I heard of people taping the ends on the rigid light mounts, but have not tried it because I thought it would look weird. Besides that I am unaware of a fix. Think its just something that comes with putting a big block above your windows. [emoji2]

After going back in forth about getting a tonneau cover or installing a tool box I finally pulled the triger and got a tool box.

 

Finally have a place to put things I want to alwayd keep in my truck and not take up room in the cab.

 

 

I wanted to put a flush mout box but did not want to put holes in the bed and I also like the look of these slim boxes.

Future Mods:

 

• Still trying to decide between Pace Edwards full metal jackrabbit or Bakflip G2. Would like input if you own either one.
• Still trying to decide on cold air intake, and programmer
• Also looking at Super charger Vs. turbo - Any input helps

 

 

What do you use to wax it? My wife has a black Tahoe and I cant ever get it to look that good

I use Meguiar's Black Wax. Also I had a coat of Cquartz put on the truck. Its a ceramic coating that helps prevent scratches, it is great.

It's trucks like this one that makes me miss my 2014... But then I look in my driveway before I do something silly haha.

 

Perfect wheel/tire & mid-travel setup! I bet it rode awesome and soaked up the bumps and rough stuff like it was barely there ?

@Headqrts66 what lift size do you have the fox coilovers set to? If you adjusted them at all.
