Steering Wheel Feel

Just wondering if anyone else has a minor grind type feel in the steering wheel at very slow speeds and while stopped?

 

If turn the wheel to the left, it feels like it's grinding for the first part of the movement then goes away.

 

When turning to the right it is not present.

I was always taught not to turn the wheel while a vehicle is stopped...

It was more a test than anything, you're correct and not supposed to do that, however that mainly applied to the older non-electric power steering since it messed up the pump.

 

Scheduling an appt to get looked at, getting ready for suspension mods and don't want them saying they are the cause.

Heavy bump, but i definitely have this feeling, especially when i first put it into drive or reverse and am starting to turn out of a parking spot. Anyone else have any experience with this feeling?

Feels kinda like something is grabbing when the steering wheel is first turned, then it goes away.

yes ill be taking it to the dealer to addresss the issue, just wanted to see what others thought.
