No flappers that I can see. I dont see how this is called a performance exhaust when the muffler is the size of a water heater.

 

 

 

My Corsa sport muffler is huge too! I haven't measured it, but I'd have to guess at least 26-28" long

I'd guess that is the touring version because my sport is considerably louder than that.

Sorry, I should've specified.....no not from dealer, it's the Corsa sport catback I put on myself. Eliminates the flapper and resonator.

It's actually bordering on a little louder than I would've liked...but great sound. Loudest on startup, but mellows in a minute.

My truck is a 2016 SLT with the 6.2L engine.

The GMPP Corsa for 6.2 is 3.5" tubing...whereas I "believe" the GM Borla is no larger than 3".

 

Corsa will not give details however from all the posts I've read through on many forums one member said that an employee at Corsa said this exhaust was made for GM to be "slightly" louder than Corsa Touring but quieter than Corsa Sport.

 

If anyone is looking for a bargain Lingenfelter has some custom Corsa systems on sale for $59X.xx that were left over from custom trucks...these are however the lower tier systems and not the Pro. I believe they are named DB on Corsa website.

 

I've been researching these exhausts, wheels, tires, bed cover, subwoofer and a few other parts today for 2017 Z71 "Midnight Edition" 6.2.

I noticed the 2016 GMC Sierra All Terrain X package includes a performance exhaust upgrade. Does anyone know what's different about it?

 

 

I have the 16 All Terrain X. Different muffler I believe and no valve or resonators after muffler. here are some pics.
