Wheel spacers

Well that one failed because too thin of material but looks cheap overseas spacers.

 

 

Spacer offset is not any different than a wide wheel with the same offset as the wheel with the spacer.

 

Only con is you need to make sure they are tight and you get hub centric to hub and wheel.

That's not entirely true. This looks like it failed because it had opposing forces pulling it apart. The bolts that hold it to the hub then the studs holding the wheel on the spacer. These are the worst type. The solid ones that require extended length studs are much more solid because it doesn't have all these parts pulling from different sides.

 

Also, you don't know why this failed. It could be the result of a larger accident.

Motortech Sport 1.75" for me. No issues. Running them on the rear only to balance the track width increase from procomp lift. Fuel 20x9 +1 wheels.
