Ultimate is every option, unlike the Elevation Edition and Texas Edition that are option packages. At lease that is what it says on the paperwork and website.

 

Welcome to the club dude, had mine a few months. Love it. The 22's and Magna-ride make it handle awesome but ride like a garbage truck :-) (in my opinion)

 

You can also push a button on the dash to have the side steps stay out or in permanently for those special moments.

 

Nearly every one. (but it still just adds the things listed -- the others are part of the 'Denali' package anyway)

 

Looks like U42 Entertainment Package, rear seat DVD/Blu-Ray player with 9.2 inch LCD display, 2 sets of wireless headphones and A/V remote control

 

and the L86 (6.2L) are still optional.

Those power running boards wouldn't work in the snowy NE where very often in the winter my running boards are a 3" solid block of ice. The little motors in them are no match for that much ice, not to mention the corrosion that will occur in the joints. I always buy stainless steel since everything else ends up rusting from the millions of pounds of salt dumped on our roads every winter. But to store the truck for the winter means not driving it for about 7 months of the year.
