Possible source of vibration?

I've had the vibration issue since I bought the truck. Have gone through it a few times like CV axles wheel bearing and shocks. No movement. Has ever been found or solved.

But I notice me the other day that there is about 1/8 of movement up and down (or side to side) in the output flange of the diff. Only on the drivers side. Passenger side is nice and tight. Here's a pic to give an idea. Not my pic. c3d01262f35b3f13503f88eed30126ce.png

So in thinking that there's an excessive amount of movement in the beating causing the vibration. What do y'all think.

Forum is a great place hope these vibrations are figured out before I get them,I'm taking notes on possible issues so I don't have these nightmares with the dealer.

I had a vibration since I took delivery of the 2014 Silverado 1500 2wd. The salesman said it was the tires that had sat so long had flat spots. I complained about a vibration issue and they replaced a tire. This fixed 80% of the vibration. At 22,000 miles the differential started to howl so I took it back to the dealership. They checked the differential and found that they could not get the backlash set properly. So they replaced the gears and that fixed the howling and vibration.
