Stupid question. Is this normal for a 2500? My friend's 1500 isn't like this.

sorry pal - my 15 HD SLT has that gap equal across the top ... and yours is gapped open on the right side

Well that sucks. I wonder what would cause this issue, and if it's fixable. It feels solid at least.

With the steering wheel locked, you can turn the wheel and it should help straighten the whole thing. You'll have to put a bit of effort into it, but nothing extreme.

I would pull the panel under the column and see what adjustment you have in the hanger bolts. If you undo them a bit, you should be able to coax the whole column over bit. May not solve your problem, but...

Its not your column. Its the bezel around the gauges. See how it is closer to the speedo than the tach? Pop it off and straighten it. Better yet, let the dealer do it.

I'll look again...it seems to be lined up everywhere but I do see what you mean in the photo.

 

Uh, I don't know really. I don't see where the issue would be with the bezel because everything about it is straight compared to the entire rest of the dash. I am going to the dealer soon for the Android Auto update so I'll see what they say.
