OK, it isn't mine. My father-in-law bought it today. It is sweet! Great handling, good acceleration and great fit and finish. I never thought I'd be jealous of one of his rides, but I am now...

I am glad I don't have to pay for the 93 octane gas or replace the 20" rubber when he wears them out.

It is sharp, isn't it!

The black looks sweet and if I had 40k to blow 1 would be in my driveway 2!

I seen a black one at a dealer last week. MAN I WANT ONE SO BAD! That is a sweet ass truck!

Chevy finally got there head out of their butt and put a front end under their SS so a person can drive it in the winter if needed.

I just bought a new Silverado last fall, SUCKS I would get killed if I tried to trade now. (NO EQUITY) I finally have a garage and dont drive it much so the SS would be nice to have. I've only put 2,500 miles on it in 9 months.

Wish I could say the same. Purchased my Z71 during December 27th 2002 and now have 9500 miles on it.

Can't help it, I gotta tell you. This truck is a joy to drive.

The 20" Good Year Eagles are only $134 from TireRack and are one of the reasons the SS handles so nice. Don't miss the crappy Firestones on my '02 Z71 at all.

lrymal- totally agree with ya! Bought mine Dec 20, 2002 and currently have approx 11,500 miles on it (drive 60 miles round trip to work). Good thing I work 4 on 4 off or it would be even higher!
