I have a 1998 Sierra that I have recently dropped a 383 in. I have the upgraded injector spider and I was able to make it work by simply upping the duty cycles on the fuel pump and adjusting the injector pulse width. The truck makes great power, but I know I'm going to want more after awhile. What all would specifically be involved in swapping the Vortec fuel system and intake for an LT1/LT4 intake and fuel system? What computer or programming modifications would I have to make in order for it to work? And what hardware upgrade, outside of the obvious would have to be made?
