Have any of you guys done or tried this? Anytime DRLs or low beams would be on so would the fog lights.

I was wondering if adding diodes between H4 and K2 to C2 ( Cathode at C2 of course ) of connector 4 of the underhood fuse block would accomplish this.Screenshot%202016-11-11%2008.31.32_zpsuv

Can't help with your question but would appreciate a link to the diagram you posted for the wiring plug schematic to see if it will work for my 2012. :happysad:

Fogs can be turned on with the lows on or in the park lamp position already...are you trying to add it so they go on with DRL?

It's the GM site, you just have to hack it because it's password protected. Does it have the same fuse block?

In winter it's dark all the time, I just want them to come on when the truck is moving without pressing the switch after every start-up.

you just need to add a diode from the current carrying side of the DRL relay (also, and separately) from current carrying of the headlight dim relay to the coil side of the fog relay. you can easily do it from the top of the underhood fuse panel by inserting the ends of the diodes in the relay terminals. I've done it twice.

I could but DRL relay is mounted on the circuit board and that's kinda Mickey Mousing it.

Did this today works the way I intended it to work.

Been a while but it was just 2 diodes inserted in the bottom of the Fuse block, I should have taken pictures to document but it was so cold that I rushed through it to get her done. But this is what I did...

Added diodes between H4 and K2 to C2 ( Cathode at C2 of course ) of connector 4 of the underhood fuse block.

When it warms up I promise I will do a proper DIYfer for you guys.

Any chance you took pictures and have the diagram that shows where those connections are? Do the fogs turn off when you switch to high beams? Does the on/off button still work for the fogs even though they come on automatically with the DRL and low-beams? Trying to figure this thing out. There's a clear way to in another post to do this, but it means the fogs are automatically on with the high-beams, which I do not want.
