Power window not working

Just bought a 2011 Silva extra cab. Rear drivers side window won't roll down. I can hear a clicking sound when I push the button (rear button or drivers seat button.) Pulled the panel and but a meter on it and it only shows image getting 8-9 volts to the switch and motor.

 

Any ideas?

Also,the side mirror adjustment switch doesn't seem to work, neither side moves. Everything else works fine.

Replace the power window actuator assembly...they don't last long. Just replaced my passenger side yesterday, for the 3rd time.

The clicking sound is probably the broken cable end spinning....sounds like you need a new regulator assembly to me too.

Pull the panel, reconnect the switch panel, hit the down button and you'll see where it's broken. Very easy to replace as a unit

and even a beginner can do the R/R in about an hour taking your time.

Thanks guys, I was figuring that I would need to replace the whole assembly. Had to do it at least twice on each door in my '99 Silvy.
