Wheel/tire size question????

Hi all, I have a 2016 Sierra 1500/2wd and I wanted to put wider wheels and tires on it. Any of you have any recommendations and/or pics of your setups? I'm gonna keep the stock ride height and use 20" wheels. I want it to look aggressive but I'm not sure how wide I can go with wheel width and tire width....thanks in advance

Good luck going too much wider on factory height with these square wheel wells.

In the rear, stock offset, I think you could get a 295 on it, but a 285 would probably be safer.

 

But you are better off measuring yourself how many mm you have to go before your tire gets into the fender. It's easy enough to do, straight edge on your tire, ruler to your fender lip, if you can get an extra 10mm on that side double it for a 20mm wider tire. You have a little more than 40mm on the inside before the leafs become an issue.

 

No clue on the front's, I run a narrower tire up there.

I just put 285/55R20 BFG KO2's on 20x9 Fuel Vapor wheels with a +1 offset on my silverado, it has a 2inch leveling kit and there is no rubbing at all. Fairly aggressive look. If i can figure out how to add a picture I will.

I am considering this same setup. please do post pics if discover how. Also, can you give feedback on how this effects performance? Acceleration, hills and mpgs. Thanks
