2016 high country 2500 duromax

I'm from Arkansas and just bought my first duromax. This is my dream truck a high country 4/4. 2500. I usually remote start to get it warmed up before leaving for work I could here it running and finish getting ready. I went to start it again to go to work but it wouldn't start. To make a long story short I watched my dream truck leaving loaded on a wrecker. It was taken to dealership to find out what's wrong. It's been there for a week and a half and the engecter pump went bad. They finally had parts in to fix they said about wendsday it would be fixed by replacing pump fuel rails and injectors. Has anyone else had this problem they say some of 2016 have this problem that's the reason for parts taking so long to get. Has anybody else had this problem on a 2016.
