Yea i figured. Im gonna do the tilt bed technique. Thats for your guys input but just to be sure yall dont think anything else could be causing it? Pcm? Unmetered air? I just want to cover all bases

99.5% sure it's your fuel pump, replace it with good one, don't go cheep if you can help it.

low pressure is only caused by a weak fuel pump. well, I suppose if someone drilled a hole in one the injectors... There's just the fuel pump, fuel line to the rails, then the injectors. Nothing else in between like a fuel filter (unless someone plumbed one in afterwards).

Also, if you can, check that the inside of the tank is clean (either by looking in there, with an inspection camera, or even with a cell phone and take some pictures).

I also found that rockauto was WAY cheaper than local parts stores for buying the fuel pumps (my truck has 2), and made sure I had the right ones by matching a picture of the top of the fuel pump with the online pictures. As well, I REALLY lucked out and found that Amazon had one of the pumps I needed on sale for only $30... Search both ebay and amazon for them as well.

Once you replace the fuel pump, then you may also find other problems, but you won't find them until you fix this. On my truck, after I replaced the fuel pumps, I also found exhaust leaks (broken bolts on both exhaust manifolds), intake manifold leak and MAF sensor.
