2014 Silverado Lt 1500 loaded front shocks

Some reason I can't seem to find any kind of replacement front shock with a loaded spring option. I've done this before in a much older Silverado, just easier for me if I don't have to take the truck to a shop to have the spring pressed off. I was just curious if anyone knows if you can get something like this. I know rancho sells one but I was just hoping for something more oem. I don't exactly need any special leveling or lift setup.

Coilovers. Fox, icon, cognito, etc

Not going to get anything similar to OEM specs in a drop-in strut assy.

 

Coil overs would be way more money than a simple shock swap.
