Leaky antenna on roof

would a bead of silicone around the outside of the base help? i don't want to take mt headliner down! what about the cab marker lights? those ever leak?

yep just got a used truck it had 6000 km on it when I bought it only had it about a year and found water on the floor ? Found out it was the on star fin also . The dealer said they would do a 50/50 cost which is 350 out of my pocket . GM is a Joke why no recall on this ? GM should be paying for it all !!!!
