Right Turn Signal Won't Come On

Hello everyone, so my right turn signal decided to mysteriously quit working and I'm not sure what the cause is. The left blinker works fine but when I try to right signal it doesn't blink at all, the blinkers won't even illuminate. Also, when I put my hazards on, only the left side blinks as well, the front and rear blinkers on the passenger side will not come on under any circumstance. Could this be the flasher relay, or just a bad socket or wiring? Thanks.

This just happened to my 03 Silverado 2 days ago but it was the left directional signal that wouldn't work. After checking and confirming the bulbs were ok ,I got it working again by, removing the upper and lower cover to the steering column, unplugged and removed the stalk assembly and sprayed liberal amount of contact cleaner along side the stalk where it enters the housing. Exercise the switch and it was enough to clean the carbon build up on the contacts. Reinstalled the stalk it it good as new.

Serious answer, start by checking voltage and grounds along the circuit. I would guess its either the switch, corroded connection or bad ground.
