How to remove Black plastic trim on roof

Does anyone have info about how to remove the 2 black plastic trim strips on the roof of the truck? My quests is the pop on and off but is there a certain way to start.

 

I'm getting some free ceramic trim coating, and was going to start with those 2 pieces. That way if it looks like crap it be out of sight until it wore off.

Just tape them off. It'll be a lot easier to do that.

my roof was re painted by the dealer and they broke almost every clip when taking them off and they just stuck them back on and thought i wouldn't notice. start from the rear push down and pull out on the mold it should release then you just pry up on the clips when you get to the very front push foreword on the mold it should pop out

Just what I was looking for. I'm going to be wrapping my roof with gloss black vinyl next weekend. Thanks.
