Adding LED Tail Lights to 2017 LT

I am looking at adding smoked LED tail lights to my 17 LT Midnight. They don't really say if I am going to need to add a resister to get my turn signals to work. I am unwilling to cut the stock wiring on the truck but I think I could add a resister on the light side of the harness if needed.

Is there any chance that one of you fine people have installed these on your truck and if show did you have any issues with them?

If you look at the 2nd photo, you'll notice (2) square blocks. These are most likely resistors built in. Their wiring harness is designed so that you plug them into your existing harness where your bulbs would have connected to. They do say ore-order (ships in May) though.

I was wondering if those were resistors. I am going to look around and see what else is out there. Stinks if I have to wait till May to get them.
