Door Locks Problem - Need Help!

I have an 02 Silverado 2500HD -

My key fob only locks the drive door. If I manually lock all the doors, the key fob will unlock all the doors.

The controls in the car - driver side unlocks all, but only locks driver door. Passenger side unlocks all, but only locks driver door.

I took the doors apart, figured maybe it was an actuator, swapped back driver side actuator with driver door actuator, and it worked exactly the same. So I believe all the actuators are fine. I am guessing it is an electrical problem. I checked all the "Door Lock" Fuses, and they all are working.

What else can I check? Do I have to get out the schematics and chase wires? Any help would be appreciated!

maybe that's how the bcm is programmed to work, maybe it's failed in some way.

my '04 sierra 3500, the fob locks both dd and pd (it's just an extended cab), and for unlock, press once just unlocks dd, press a second time soon after the first, then unlocks pd. ddl locks and unlocks both dd and pd.

That's how my fob works too. Press once for driver, press again and everything locks. But nothing locks with the key fob except the driver door. Around how much does it cost to get BCM programmed? Is that the most likely option?
