Best LED headlights?

Why not go OEM LED? If you watch CL I have seen them go as low as $200 a housing undamaged. People parting these trucks just want to move the parts and don't ask too much.

What oem led housings are you finding for 200? Maybe a 16+ foglight.

Except that the OP has a 2015 which has completely different headlight housings. He would need to convert the entire front end to use the 2016/2017 LED headlights.

Someone is feeding you bad info.

Was under the impression Chevy 16+ front end was different than the 14+15 thus older trucks needed entire front end conversion. GMC's just need Headlamps and harnesses swapped out.

I don't mean to jack the OPs thread, but those of you who run the G7 led bulbs in 9012 (I've seen quite a few on here) do you have to use a Canbus decoder/special harness? I'm also considering a led headlight bulb upgrade but want to know if I should purchase the decoders. I thought the majority of people said they didn't need anything other than the plug and play led bulbs

Nope -- no bad info. As I and others have said the OP has a 2015 SILVERADO. The front ends were changed in 2016 and the pieces don't line up. If you want him to use OEM LED headlights he needs to do a complete front end conversion (others have done this but it is expensive and time consuming).

Maybe you are thinking of the Sierra. On that one some people have upgraded to the 2016 LED's but it still involves extra harnesses, BCM flashing, etc.

No BCM flashing needed. Either a repin of the factory harness or an adapter to convert old plug to new style plug.
