2017 Silverado Exhaust Systems Recommendation

Just purchased 17 crew cab Silverado in February and starting to do upgrades. First time I ever do any mods to my vehicles so looking for Recommendation from enthusiasts.

 

I already installed CIA froN k&N and looking to do couple more things.

 

Fist one is adding a cat back exhaust system. I have narrowed choices down to Borla ATAK or S type. I saw saw Corsa but didn't seem to find too much info on their products. Any thoughts, concerns dislikes or complaints about any exhaust you've used please feel free.

 

Second which will be little ways down the line is a chip programmer. My biggest concern how or what Wil void the warranty and how do I get around that if I do decide to install it.

Several threads here on exhaust. I am looking at an exhaust for my new 17 Denali Crew Cab Standard Bed 6.2 myself.

I had the GM Borla catback on my 2016 Denali 6.2 and it was very nice but I thought that I might try something a little different this time around. The loud "wake the nieghbor" stuff does not appeal to me. I just want it to sound like a Truck and not an electric car LOL Looking forward to some good debate in this new thread.

i Just installed a Gibson cat back dual exhaust, sounds great not very loud on the highway. Runs out the back corners on my 2017 Silverado 6.2l . have a cold air intake already There is some resonating in the exhaust in town, so i put in manual 7th(out of 8 gears) and it wont go into V4. then on the highway back to Drive for better fuel economy. I Wont need a programmer for that. Got the exhaust from REALTRUCK.com

I'd go Borla S type. I have the GM Borla and absolutely love it. S type has a bit more growl to it but isn't barky like the ATAK.
