Switched circuit

Looked around on the forum but can't find a light install how to. Looking for a switched circuit to trigger the fogs I'm putting in the bumper. I think just hooking to the back of the light swith itself is what I'm looking for? Thanks for any info you can give me.

Have you considered any of your upfitter?

You are going to need a relay so that the fogs and high beams are not on at the same time.  Too much current draw if they are.  Unless you install LED fogs.

Wow, thanks for the replys. I've got everything wired up with a relay, going straight off the battery to my switch I put in the cash, so I have to turn it on and off every time. Looking for a way to have them come on and go off with the headlights, leaving the installed switch in the on position. I have a 2016 regular cab work truck, no fogs, put in the wiring harnesses, switch,  relay that I  had.
